A Quilt for Jan

Sew one of the ladies from our guild passed away of cancer. Her name was Jan. She was a sweet lady. We were working on a sampler quilt when she passed away. She did not have all of the blocks done, but she had a fair amount done.

I wanted her kids and grandkids to have a quilt that she had made. I asked her DIL for all of the material and blocks that she had done to this point. I redid the layout to fit the blocks that she had sewn. I finished piecing the top and then quilted it. I hope her family enjoys it and thinks of Jan each time they wrap up in that quilt.
